  The managers treat my husband and I so poorly. The drive through ATM failed to dispense the money and we immediately went inside. We was told there was a problem with the machine and go to the teller. We were told we have to contact his( my husbands ) bank. We said ok and sat down to call them from the bank. The bank then started to close as we were calling the other bank to see if they needed anything from chase. The two managers then told us we had to get out and that there was nothing wrong with the machine as if we were lying. Then they called the police on us and only described me ( African American) , not my husband , ( Italian American ). I have not ever been so humiliated. This is still and on going incident and I will keep you updated.
