You have the option of no appointment necessary which makes life easy for those who know what documents need to be filed and you have the option to drop them off directly to the office. They will then call you with your tax return information in no more than two days and once you provide your signature the return process is in effect. For those who need appointments, you will not have a waiting gap of weeks and their business hours will fit any schedule. Living on Staten Island, you want to utilize the small businesses as opposed to large corporations as this is what makes our community strive. Neil, Fern and their staff are always available for questions and are consistently kind and professional. You will not be disappointed.
